echeck and mail in orders, with Check or Money
Order. For mail in orders please click here.
Shipping
costs are calculated automatically by our
shopping cart. All shipping costs are for
destinations in the United States only. Please
contact us for outside the United States orders.
Saturdays
and Sundays are not counted when calculating the
number of days a parcel will spend in
transit.
